With support for a range of vital initiatives, from excellence in early childhood education to innovation in biomanufacturing, the Buell Foundation is making it possible for the university to advance its important work in so many fields and to create a bright future for the people of Colorado. If you are interested, you too can support the early childhood education program, the activities of the Gates Center, or the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Facility.

Guillermo E. Aragón, MD & María de Lourdes Aragón

Dr. Guillermo “Bill” Aragόn has served the university in many different ways over the years, starting with a medical residency in 1951, later teaching surgery to medical students while practicing as a surgeon at Denver General Hospital, and finally with the generous gift of an endowed chair in surgery. This important gift from Bill and his wife, María, allows us not only to advance the field of surgery but to recognize top faculty, who in turn elevate the entire university community. If you are interested, you too can help support the recruitment and retention of top talent in the Department of Surgery.
