Kathy Rasco, Vice President, Human Resources

Kathy Rasco joined the University of Colorado Foundation on May 25, 2006 as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to this position, Kathy worked as the Director of Human Resources for Maxtor Corporation in Longmont, Colorado.

Kathy’s past experience has included 19 years with Chase/Bank One Colorado in bank operations and human resources serving as Vice President at the Boulder Bank and later Director of Staffing for Colorado and Utah. She received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business through the University of Phoenix in Denver.

Kathy has been involved in the local and state human resources associations in the past, serving in capacities such as President of the Boulder Area Human Resources Association and State Council District Director. She has served as a Board member for non-profit organizations such as Community Food Share and the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless.
