Scholarships/Student Support
- A. James Ruttenber Student Exchange Fund for Environmental Health ScienceTo provide study grants, education, and travel between the University of Colima SOM (Mexico) and University of Colorado SOM-PMB to include those studying medicine, epidemiology, public health, environmental journalism, and related fields.
- Calvin L Wilson Student Scholarship for Future Leaders in Global HealthTo provide student support including scholarships, travel and projects related to global health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
- Environmental and Occupational Health Scholarship FundScholarship support for students pursuing a Masters of Public Health in the Environmental and Occupational Health concentration at the Anschutz Medical Campus.
- Hamman-Hoffman Scholarship in Epidemiology Endowed FundScholarship support for students enrolled in a Colorado School of Public Health Epidemiology doctoral degree program at the Anschutz Medical Campus. Support includes books, travel, computer supplies, memberships and other costs as deemed appropriate.
Gifts to quasi endowments are invested and distributions pursuant to the CU Foundation’s Spending Policy are available for the fund purpose. However, under circumstances described in the fund documents, all or a portion of a quasi endowment may also be appropriated for the fund purpose.
- John R. Moran, Jr. Scholarship Fund in Public HealthTo provide scholarship support for students enrolled in the School of Public Health in accordance with the guidelines in the fund agreement. Pure endowments exist into perpetuity and are invested accordingly. Distributions pursuant to the CU Foundation's Spending Policy are available for the fund purpose.
- Marvin S. Porter Memorial Scholarship EndowmentTo provide a scholarships and general student support at the University of Colorado School of Public Health in the Department of Biostatistics and Informatics in memory of Marvin S. Porter.
Gifts to quasi endowments are invested and distributions pursuant to the CU Foundation’s Spending Policy are available for the fund purpose. However, under circumstances described in the fund documents, all or a portion of a quasi endowment may also be appropriated for the fund purpose.
- Richard E. Hoffman Health Disparities Fellowship FundTo provide fellowships for students who contribute to diversity in the School community, through their backgrounds and experiences, and who have demonstrated financial need. Gifts to quasi endowments are invested and distributions pursuant to the CU Foundation’s Spending Policy are available for the fund purpose. However, under circumstances described in the fund documents, all or a portion of a quasi endowment may also be appropriated for the fund purpose.

- Center for Global Health FundTo provide operational support to the Center for Global Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
- Colorado School of Public Health Dean's Discretionary FundTo support projects, research, cultivation, and recruitment at the discretion of the Dean of the Colorado School of Public Health.
- Colorado School of Public Health FundTo provide support for the School of Public Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
- Donald Hoagland Strategic Initiative FundTo provide curricular and program development support in areas of developing or emerging importance within public health education, research and practice at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Gifts to quasi endowments are invested and distributions pursuant to the CU Foundation’s Spending Policy are available for the fund purpose. However, under circumstances described in the fund documents, all or a portion of a quasi endowment may also be appropriated for the fund purpose.
- Friends of Lee Newman FundTo support the mission of improving worker health, safety and productivity through research and education as determined by the Director of the Center for Worker Health and Environment at the Colorado School of Public Health.
- Health Links FundTo provide unrestricted program support for Health Links that works to support small businesses in maintaining and implementing workplace wellness and safety programs.
- Hollis Family FundTo support occupational and environmental health and safety education and research at the Center for Worker Health & Environment in the Colorado School of Public Health.
- Judith Albino Diversity Scholarship Endowment FundTo provide financial aid at the Anschutz Medical Campus to students studying public health, medicine, dentistry or psychology. Preference shall be given to students who will contribute to the goal of recruiting a diverse student population.
Pure endowments exist into perpetuity and are invested accordingly. Distributions pursuant to the CU Foundation's Spending Policy are available for the fund purpose.
- Occupational & Environmental Medicine Residency FundTo provide support for activities related to the Occupational & Environmental Medicine Residency Program at the Colorado School of Public Health.
- William M. Marine Endowment for the Preventive Medicine ResidencyTo provide support for the Preventive Medicine Residency Program to the Colorado School of Public Health at the University of Colorado Denver. Gifts to quasi endowments are invested and distributions pursuant to the CU Foundation’s Spending Policy are available for the fund purpose. However, under circumstances described in the fund documents, all or a portion of a quasi endowment may also be appropriated for the fund purpose.
