To build an endowment to support single parents finishing their Baccalaureate program in Political Science at the University of Colorado Denver. If the endowment minimum is not reached in by August, 2013, the fund will remain a current fund. Pure endowments exist into perpetuity and are invested accordingly. Distributions pursuant to the CU Foundation’s Spending Policy are available for the fund purpose.
