Governance Structure

As a privately governed nonprofit corporation, the University of Colorado Foundation is led by a group of committed volunteers that comprise a Board of Directors and a Board of Trustees. The Foundation’s professional staff, led by the President and Chief Executive Officer and under the direction of the Board of Directors, manages the day-to-day operations of the Foundation.
