Assistant Director, Gift Administration & Compliance
Job purpose: Administer all Gift Administration and Compliance Department initiatives in consultation with the Senior Director and Foundation leadership. This includes assisting in the management of compliance coding, reporting and audits, assisting in the management of the gift agreement work flow, handling of special projects, as well as assisting in the data management and reporting that impact donor satisfaction and fundraising success. Assist the department’s role of serving as a liaison among CU Gift Administration, University partners, Foundation Finance & Accounting, as well as University and Foundation legal teams, to support University advancement staff from inception of gift/grant agreements to the flow of funds to the University. Executive Office Assistant
Job purpose: Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge, for the CEO, CAO, CFO and Director of Board Relations. The role encompasses general office administration and facilities management. Also manages the front desk, including screening telephone calls and visitors, and resolving routine and complex inquiries.
