Director of Investment Accounting
Job purpose: Assists the CFO and Controller in managing and accounting for investments, endowments, gifts, and other accounting department priorities, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with month end close, annual audit, preparation of financial statements, and management reporting;
- Preparation of reconciliations and other financial schedules;
- Assisting with system upgrades and/or new implementations;
- Assisting with development of policies, procedures, and training.
Develops, interprets, and implements moderate to complex financial accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning, reporting, and control.
Supervises and/or performs operational functions required to set up, maintain and track transactions for investments and gift funds ensuring data integrity and compliance with policies, agreements and regulations. Learn more about this position
Executive Office Assistant
Job purpose: Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge, for the CEO, CAO, CFO and Director of Board Relations. The role encompasses general office administration and facilities management. Also manages the front desk, including screening telephone calls and visitors, and resolving routine and complex inquiries.
