Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
Job purpose: Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge, for the CEO and Director of Board Relations.  The role encompasses general office administration and facilities management.  Also manages the front desk, including screening telephone calls and visitors, and resolving routine and complex inquiries.  Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. Learn more about this position
