With $26.4 million in gift commitments, 2024–2025 was the most successful fundraising year in campus history, more than doubling the average of recent years More than 4,300 donors made this achievement possible, including faculty and staff who contributed, a remarkable $6.3 million.

Artist donates proceeds of tip-only flash tattoo events to CU Anschutz

Mario Romero began offering tip-only flash tattoo events for first responders during the COVID-19 pandemic. The events have since expanded to include physicians and health care workers, with proceeds donated to worthy causes including cancer research at CU Anschutz.
